Max1 is a lightweight customer relationship and request management platform built to support council staff and service teams. It provides a structured way to record, track, and manage customer requests while maintaining a central Name & Address Register.

The current version of Max1 focuses on core CRM functionality, supporting administrative and operational staff in managing requests from creation through to resolution.

Platform Status

Max1 is currently operating as a pilot CRM platform for internal use. Additional modules such as Asset Management, Inspections, Maintenance, and public request submission are planned for future releases and are not part of the current implementation.
